In September 2001, the company entered the Qatar Market to offer both public and in-company programs in that country. Initially this was supported by tutors from Dubai, but recently we have established a core of Doha-based trainers to operate in the Qatar market

In June 2002, the company opened an Arabic section to deliver courses to the Arabic speaking market. The courses are both translated versions of our existing programs and specially designed courses available only in Arabic. Spearhead has the capability to deliver courses in English, In English with Arabic facilitation and in Arabic.

SD (Middle East) LLC, a subsidiary of Siemens I&S Airport Logistics was established through a merger between Siemens Production and Logistics Systems AG and Mannesmann Dematic AG on June 24, 2001.

The aim of the company is to serve the U.A.E. market as well as the whole Middle East region. It combines sales, marketing and technical expertise and provides prompt consulting and customer service in the region for its integrated solutions business.
